Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@99dreams.co.nz. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide an exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
